The staff is always courteous and very helpful Jim Hudson Ford has the best employees and service of anywhere I have been. Everyone is always very helpful and friendly. Sometimes the service department has a long wait, but since they will shuttle me back and forth to shop or workout, this usually works out fine - except they do not run the shuttle after 4PM. More
