Another one walked past us; again, no acknowledgement. We were about to leave when Terrell Hicks came out and introduced himself. We were there roughly 20 minutes before any acknowledgement; at all. Terrell worked diligently to get me in a car of which I'm satisfied. He was professional and friendly. The gentleman who assisted with the financing (can't remember his name), was also very nice, professional and a great sense of humor. If my understanding is correct, there is no diversity among management; that's the only downside I can express. But overall, my experience with this dealership was positive. More
