I did expect insurance information to be transferred day of sale by Jeff Slaven but when I called Allstate next day to be sure handled, agent had not been notified yet. Agent was to call Jim to find out lender name. Jeff is to send me hard copy of warranty info because I cannot print from card I was provided. Jeff also was very helpful and provided me good serviice. Bear in mind I am an old lady and don’t know how process goes. Overall experience very pleasant. More

Could not ask for better. My experience was outstanding. Ken Matthews handled everything as well as I could have hoped for. My 2018 Mustang was in for routine maintenance, an My experience was outstanding. Ken Matthews handled everything as well as I could have hoped for. My 2018 Mustang was in for routine maintenance, and warranty repair for a minor body fit issue. Ken explained exactly what was going to happen, assisted with my picking up a loaner car, and when all was said and done, explained any action I may need to take if I wasn't completely satisfied with the repair, or the fit issue reappeared. (Slight bumper buckle where bumper meets right-rear quarter panel.) Ken also noted that my car appeared to have been sitting outside at the body shop, so he also had it thoroughly cleaned, both interior and exterior. The car looked better when I picked it up than when I dropped it off, I am embarrassed to say! Thanks to everyone there who had any part of my maintenance experience. I truly do appreciate the time and effort everyone put in to make it a truly great experience. I know it's a team effort when all the working parts need to be planned, coordinated, and undertaken. Thanks again, and I look forward to keeping my business with Jim Hudson Ford. More
