Better service the last two times I have had a few times where service was not stellar. I feel that if my service lasts the whole day, I should be driven home even though I live in Irm I have had a few times where service was not stellar. They just keep providing great service. I recently had an issue with a "restraint warning annunciator" in my Ford Mustang, and my Ford Pass app (awesome app!) informed me about it after I go I recently had an issue with a "restraint warning annunciator" in my Ford Mustang, and my Ford Pass app (awesome app!) informed me about it after I got home and was away from the vehicle. I scheduled my service with Jim Hudson, and Ken Matthews handled everything as he always has for me. Flawlessly. Chris was also helpful when I picked up the vehicle, and Ken was not there. I cannot say enough about the quality of service, and the courtesy and professionalism of everyone I dealt with while there. Thanks again for an excellent experience, and just one more reason I will keep using Jim Hudson Ford for all of my needs. More
