However, I met Jackson Nettles as I wal Buying a new car can create anxiety in most Buyers. I know I personally never look forward to the process. However, I met Jackson Nettles as I walked through the door, and was immediately put at ease. He listened to what my interest was, and showed me almost the exact car I was looking for. This was my first stop in the buying process, and I rarely buy anything without a lot of research. It was a quick visit, despite an offer, I didn't even take a test drive. I came back the next day to talk numbers, including the trade in of my old car. Jackson was working with another client, so Craig E stepped in to work one on one. We went for a test drive, came back and negotiated a very fair deal. Done in one hour. As they prepped the new car, I met with Tony Dooley to cover financing, and the contract. Tony explained several options for additional services, very much value added. At the end of the process, Jackson joined me again to explain, and in detail, so me the operation of all the options on my new car. Through the whole process/sale, I never felt pressured or that the "team" was trying to sell me. It was all about making me feel comfortable with my decision.
