Making an Appt for Service Does Not Matter I made an appt to take the mustang in for an oil change. Appt was a 1:45 at 4:00 went back to question the service advisor and he said he made a mista I made an appt to take the mustang in for an oil change. Appt was a 1:45 at 4:00 went back to question the service advisor and he said he made a mistake. Are you kidding me???? Had to leave after waiting for almost 2 1/2 hours without an oil change. We were getting it serviced today because we have been making trips to Greenwood because my mom is in the hospital and we had today to get it serviced. The service advisor is supposed to come and pick it up Monday and perform the service which is great, but everytime I deal with them there has been an issue! I wish they would just take the mustang back and I would go and buy a different car!!!! I will never buy another car from Jim Hudson Ford again! They are terrible! More

Great Service I have an ten year old car and brought it in for a check engine light and exhaust system. I had everything fixed for a reasonable price and now have great confidence that my Daughter will have safe and reliable transportation for another 75000 miles, More
