Took brand new truck in with only 300 miles for a vibration. I was told someone would call me Monday to arrange a courtesy truck while they inspected the truck. The sales experience was great. Jaquan and his team were very easy to work with and buying process did not take long. The service after the sale has been very poor. The dealership Jaquan and his team were very easy to work with and buying process did not take long. The service after the sale has been very poor. The dealership was supposed to contact me to schedule an appointment to repair some small paint scratches and chips. My salesman has reached to check with me and has tried to help, but it has been over a week and still no contact from the service department. If you buy from this dealership just know the service after the sale is very poor. I would not recommend leaving the dealership with a purchased vehicle that has issues until they are corrected. You may never hear from them. More
