Long wait to repair My 2018 Traverse was in the shop twice for different reasons. 1st Time the service dept had my truck for 3 days. Truck was fixed with no problem. BUT, My 2018 Traverse was in the shop twice for different reasons. 1st Time the service dept had my truck for 3 days. Truck was fixed with no problem. BUT, a few weeks after that incident, another problem with the truck. I called service to get placed on hold for 25 mins so I hung up and went to the dealer. Service had my truck for almost 2 whole months saying the part needed was on back order. Even though we had a loaner that wasn’t equipped with all the features of our truck we still had to pay on a truck we weren’t driving. More

When repairs complete I requested rather than them coming to pick me up and taking me back to dealership would it be possible to just bring my car to me. They were very kind and able to do that. I really appreciate them for that customer service. More
