Professionalism WOW, this was an awkward experience...Kenny was helpful and did what he promised, but everything else was sterile...Oscar was acomidating, but was not WOW, this was an awkward experience...Kenny was helpful and did what he promised, but everything else was sterile...Oscar was acomidating, but was not familiar with process or products...We had to send vehicle back to shop for additional service and parts department was not involved with missing floormats. I would like to compare this with Hendrick dealerships where everyone gets involved with buying experience, from receptionists, salespeople, parts, business manager and specialty folks that explain all the features of new vehicle...Hendricks would be a 10 and Stivers would be a low 3. Never call you with updates. Don’t call you back. Long wait times. When I get the car back it is fixed but it is ridiculous to have to get a new car worked on that often. More

Phil did a great job of handling my requests He kept me informed on the status of the repair Miss Niki at the Service Counter is always pleasant and professional I had asked for a loaner vehicle, a great option in my opinion Miss Niki had all the paperwork ready before I arrived so the wait time was very short. She is such a pleasure to deal with. I have always gotten excellent service from Stivers and highly recommend them if you need service on your Chevrolet More
Don’t be in a big hurry Dropped my vehicle off due to a misfire from my 2005 Trailblazer creating a flashing CEL. I was told I needed new spark plugs and an oil change and wa Dropped my vehicle off due to a misfire from my 2005 Trailblazer creating a flashing CEL. I was told I needed new spark plugs and an oil change and was charged almost $500. I’ve had the vehicle long enough to know this wasn’t going to fix it. Next day, got the same CEL flashing with misfire so I brought it back. Ended up being no.5 ignition coil after all. It took from Thursday afternoon to Tuesday morning to replace. They didn’t charge me labor; just the part ($260 w/tax) for it but it took an entire week beginning to end to fix the problem. Unsure if I’d bring it back there unless it was a dire emergency. They were nice enough but I felt like the underlying issue could have been fixed initially instead of having to come back and leave it again. The communication was good at first but I had a tough time trying to stay abreast about what the status was dealing with 3 separate maintenance service personnel. I’m glad to have my vehicle back! More
