Until this service it was great. I dropped my Silverado 1500 for an oil change and a transmission flush. I also told the service department that a screw had come loose in the sunglass compartment that needed to be fixed. It had come loose at around 20,000 miles but I had been busy when I’ve had it previously serviced. In my opinion, that is a problem with the manufacturer not securely tightening those screws. I was charged $130 to replace two screws that I don’t think I should have to pay for. With that being said, I’ve had great service here in the past, but I think I’ll have to try another dealership in the future. More

Love my car, but feel ripped off a bit! First, I just want to state that Tory was great. We originally came in for a used Minivan, but it had already sold. Tory found us a SUV in our price range that had all the things I wanted right away! he was nice and polite, and was very patient when my son started fussing (tablet died so he was very bored of waiting). However, we bought the car ‘as is’, and nothing was stated to us about any issues the car had. The finance guy stated that it was being sold as is, and asked if we understood what that meant. I admit I’m not a big car person, so I may have misunderstood, but I thought all that meant was that the manufacturers warranty was expired and they did not offer a dealer warranty. We did not realize there were issues with the car. While the issues are relatively minor in the long run (windshield wiper on drivers side doesn’t go over all the way, back windshield wiper button is stuck, and front passsenger window wont roll down from drivers side) I’m pretty upset that we just bought the car for $19,900 and now have to pay a mechanic to fix it as they won’t fix it. If I had known about the issues, we would not have bought the car at that price range and could have negotiated a better deal or not put money down so we could use that money towards repairs. Overall, I am very happy with my car, but I do feel a bit like we got ripped off. I know in the future, I’ll be doing a much more diligent check on any car we buy! In addition, I wanted to mention how nice Nicky was when I spoke to her on the phone to see if they could fix the car. She was great, and even stayed a bit later after the service department closed so she could call me back and keep me posted on if there was anything we could do! More
Wonderful assistance I needed two new tires and, since they were out of the ones I already had, they offered me some more reasonable oners. I asked Vanessa to check to see if any MIchelin tires were over-sized like my originals, but they only had the "sport" type which wouold not hold up as well as others. I finally said I don't want to go cheap on tires and would rather wait until they could get my originals. Since this was gong to take up to five working days, and my two rear tires had nails in them but could not be fixed due to minimal tread, Nikki offered me a Chevy Malibu as a loaner until they got the tires in and on my Impala. I actually had it for 6 days until they got my tires in and on. Can't ask for better help than I received from Nikki and Vanessa--and replete with a discount as well! More

Car not fixed, battery left dead. My Volt's propulsion battery died and car was towed here. I noticed when it happened that the car would not turn off normally. Screen would go black but the check engine light stayed on. Left like that it would then initialize again and continue in a loop. Only way to shut it down was to be sure foot was not on brake, then push power button. They determined I had a bad cell and quoted $6600 to repair. I said no thanks. They pushed the car out of the garage but apparently didn't get it turned off. When I showed up the next day to meet a buyer, The 12 V battery was completely dead, the car wouldn't light up and I couldn't ever get into the back where the battery is. Without power you cannot even shift out of park to push the car. Fortunately I was able to get my wife to come by with jumper cables and power the 12 volt battery through the passenger door and did sell the car to the buyer. More
