They were great. I went in for a oil change and brakes. They told me I didn't need brakes. They also explain what I did need and gave me the opition to have it done. I love the ladies who work in the service department! I came in because I needed to have a light that came on in my Camaro checked out . They got me in and out wit h Shift and Friendly service. The Best Car Buying Experience I’ve Ever Had I had horrible dealings with Jim Hudson’s dealerships selling me a 2017 Q7 lemon and then cheated me in putting me in another car by some $10k +. This I had horrible dealings with Jim Hudson’s dealerships selling me a 2017 Q7 lemon and then cheated me in putting me in another car by some $10k +. This dealership walked me line by line on every piece of information/amounts and understood why I was so careful this time around, coupled with the fact I wasn’t pregnant during it all. The finance/business manager - Robert Shealey especially was very transparent, made for a good laugh (many of them actually) and it was just great and I absolutely LOVE my Traverse Red Line. I’m so happy with the experience. Do not waste time with those huge dealerships like Jim Hudson because they will screw you over, one form or the other. Thanks Stivers. They say everything happens for a reason and this was a blessing. More
