Great Service My 2014 Volt stopped charging on Friday. I called Nikkie Silveria early Monday morning. Her Volt tech, Bill Webber would would be in on Tuesday. Nikkie and Bill took my car in for service. Was called while I was having lunch to pick up my car. Car has been great since. Great service as usual. Great price, great service Needed a new truck, saw the stivers ad on tv and went and checked out a few. Got a great price on a 2018 silverado and jumped on it. Used car purchase I did not haggle over the price of a used 2007 Chevy Tahoe that I purchased. All I asked was for it to go through the service department and check the I did not haggle over the price of a used 2007 Chevy Tahoe that I purchased. All I asked was for it to go through the service department and check the brakes and make sure it was safe for my wife to drive. After purchasing the vehicle, a friend of mine that is a mechanic checked it out and said the front brakes are shot with the driver's side only having 2mm of pad and the passenger having 3mm. He said most mechanics recommend replacing pads at 3mm. I called back to Stivers to speak to sales manager. His comment was that 2mm was the minimum allowed, so he was good with it. My wife's safety didn't mean a thing. So Stivers new tag line should be "STIVERS...WE DO THE BARE MINIMUM FOR OUR CUSTOMERS!" What's sad is that $40 of break pads and a somewhat caring attitude would have made me a happy customer. So short sighted. On a side note. Anthony Japps was great to work with through the sales process. More
