I thought appointments trumped walkins? I made an appointment for my truck and the woman on the phone told me they were running a special for oil change/ tire roto for $60! Great, a little p I made an appointment for my truck and the woman on the phone told me they were running a special for oil change/ tire roto for $60! Great, a little pricey, but I'll pay it... So when I arrived to drop my truck off at 9:55am my appointment being at 10am I had to wait for a solid 25 minutes just to talk to someone. So now I'm late for my appointment. I gave the guy my keys and told him I'll be back in an hour (given I had an appointment and it was just an oil change) he told me it would be longer than an hour, I asked, "why, it's just an oil change and I have an appointment?" He told me that they were busy and when they get slammed they don't follow the appointment. Wow! 1st time I ever heard that! Anyways, come time to pick my truck up the total price was $112 for a freaking oil change after I was told $60 the day before!!! So I'm livid, I'm not paying double what I was told. When I asked about it the guysaid you have to have a coupon, I guess I don't understand that when the TV promotions are telling everyone the specials going on. For those two reasons, the not following appointment book when you get busy and wanting to charge me over $100 for a freaking oil Change, literally almost double the amount I was told, is why I don't recommend this place. I'll take my business somewhere else. More
