Two weeks of waiting, no loaner car. They knew what was wrong with my car from the beginning and pretended as though they were clueless. My car also had a recall, which they didn’t want to take care of and acted as though they never heard of it before. And from the store owners standpoint, he doesn’t care. Not a trust worthy finance person I trusted that when i asked to have portions of the warranties canceled it was done. After many unsuccessful phone calls, threats and visits I was int I trusted that when i asked to have portions of the warranties canceled it was done. After many unsuccessful phone calls, threats and visits I was introduced to the “new” financial rep. This person did not hear or care what I was saying only what I was paying. Eventually I spoke to CFO who was able to get the refund. Oh we are not talking peanuts here. My refund was 3700.00. The original rep also did not get the best bank rate for me. I went to the same branch that opened the loan for me and saved 55.00 per month in payment. So no Sir/Madam. I will never recommend this dealership. Sometimes the reviews are correct so please read mine and know that it took about 2 months to resolve this More

Holy Smoke! My 2016 Stingray was having some transmission issues. The Mrs. Matthews and the service team were all over it and performed the road test to diagnose My 2016 Stingray was having some transmission issues. The Mrs. Matthews and the service team were all over it and performed the road test to diagnose my issue and the prescribed treatment as recommended by the TB... I had an oil service while the car was there. On may home the car begin release "blue smoke" from the exhaust... This should not be happening. I called Mrs. Matthews from the car and she advised me to bring the car back in. It was 4:50pm on a Friday so I waited until Monday morning. Mrs. Matthews got the car in with a tech, attended to the issue and had me on the road in less than 1/2 an hour. Thank you Strivers! More
