I told him what I was looking for, my price point for monthly payment and walked out within a few hours with a brand new vehicle. Mr. Britt showed great customer service. He was reliable and experienced. Along with having good communication and my concerns were addressed in a timely manner. More

I visited one leadership in GA., where they had it almost 2 weeks to repair, resulting in 2 fuel injectors replaced. The next day, my engine light error returned. Reluctant to return back to that dealership and since I relocated, I visited Stivers Chevrolet and Darrell Leone (Service Advisor) worked the matter and though it was expected to get my truck repaired about 3-4 days, the Stivers folks got my truck running back to peak form and replaced ALL fuel injectors which was needed & directed by GM. I was very excited to get my truck back ahead of schedule and FINALLY remedy the ongoing issue once and for all. Thank you Darrell and Stivers Maintenance Team!!! You guys do great work and taking care of our Chevy owners w/ class and honesty. More

Continued issues Previous bad experience went from bad to worse. They incorrectly install running board / steps on my vehicle, and did not place the removed guards Previous bad experience went from bad to worse. They incorrectly install running board / steps on my vehicle, and did not place the removed guards in the vehicle as requested. Due to the running boards being incorrectly installed a bolt fell out in transit. Return to have them address the item, which they replaced the both and placed the old guards in the bed. I had to follow up and request the hardware that would install the previous guards. They put the same hardware kit they took the bolt from in the vehicle, leaving me with an incomplete kit. What exactly am I supposed to do with an incomplete hardware kit for the previous guards? Even after speaking with the service manager I have yet to receive any call back follow up with how they are going to address my disappointment with the disappointing service received on more than one visit now over the same issue. I still owe $6k on one of my vehicles and when negotiating the value of my trade-ins (we agreed on $10k), the salesman tried to add the $6k onto my new loan, which would have left me with only $4k on my trade in since I would be paying off the old loan myself by adding it to the new loan. Then the finance manager tried to trick me. As soon as we walked into his office I pulled up a loan calculator from the internet and using the loan amount, interest rate, and length of the loan, I was able to calculate how much our monthly payments would be: $560/month. But that's now what the finance manager had in mind. He told us our payment would be $760/month. I showed him my loan calculator and his response was, "you can't trust those things, they don't take everything into account." I ignored him and figured that the bank they were financing the loan through was adding on some bogus charges and I would refinance the next business day to my credit union. That was not the case. While going over the loan terms the finance manager tried to brush over one very important piece of information, WE WERE ENROLLED IN A WARRANTY PROGRAM THAT WE DIDN'T ASK TO BE ENROLLED IN. That's why our payments were and extra $200/month. It took me around 45mins to get the point across that we were not going to enroll in a warranty program. You have to watch whose hand you shake or you might not walk away with all of your fingers. More
