I'd appreciate a call from the GM before returning to this dealership. I've purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership. More
Oil change I went in for a oil change. The car was dropped off at 8:30am and we received a phone call at 3:00pm to get the car. We get there at 3:00pm and was to I went in for a oil change. They were short staffed. We waited for 40mins. They gave us s discount for the service. It should not take ALL day for an oil change. What if we were sitting there waiting on the car? More

Was not to happy this time. I was very disappointed with my experience this go round. I came back to Stivers due to the fast service & great experience I had the first time I cam I was very disappointed with my experience this go round. I came back to Stivers due to the fast service & great experience I had the first time I came to have my Car serviced there. Well this time I was simply in for an oil change & tire rotation and my appointment was at 1:30 but did not leave until around 4. That is ridiculous to me. Going to dealerships on a first come first serve basis still have never waited that long. The other problem was no one was kind enough to give me updates on my vehicle until seeing the frustration on my face. There were 2 gentlemen that were trying to find out & speed up my process so I thank them for everything they did. I may try again to see if it was just something really bad going on that day but customer service and communication is the key to everything. I fo not know the to men who help me in the end but one was a young man with Dreadlocks. Since I have to choose an answer fir would I recommend this service I am choosing no this time but previously I would have chosen yes. More
