Worst customer service experience ever! You kept my car for 5 days longer than necessary because no one bothered to call me. Some one claims they called to close out the month but they are e You kept my car for 5 days longer than necessary because no one bothered to call me. Some one claims they called to close out the month but they are either lying or dialled the wrong number. I gave the number to call for all contact regarding the car and my husband's number was the only one ever called. I don't understand why you make appointments either. My appointment was at 11am and I never heard back from anyone...ever. i had to call to fi d out what was going on. Same thing for pick up. I called Monday to see if my car was ready and never heard back Called back on Tuesday only to find out my car was ready 5 days prior. I have never had such a poor experience. I will let everyone I know exactly how things went down with your company. Thank goodness I didn't have to rent a car and ended up paying for 5 additional days. Obviously I am quite displeased. I'll be interested to see if there is a response to this or if you choose to ignore it. More

Excellent Service Arrived for my appointment and my car was immediately taken in the back for my oil change. The wait wasn’t bad. Not satisfied with the service Went in to get brakes looked at and monitor reset. In the end the brakes were fine but the monitor not reset. Apparently it couldn’t be but when I paid for the service no one told me. If I had not checked I would have been none the wiser. I asked why it was not reset and I received the answer it could not and once my true brake life was at the displayed brake life it would begin working. So I have a monitor that is NOT working but will magically start to work one day. VERY DISSATISFIED!!! More

Problem with what I said the issue with the car was I had a problem with the comments on my receipt. When I came in, I said that when you open the doors the car made loud clicking noises. When I had the I had a problem with the comments on my receipt. When I came in, I said that when you open the doors the car made loud clicking noises. When I had the same problem in May, you supposedly fixed it. However on the receipt it said I brought the car in for heating and AC problems. I never once mentioned anything about the heating or AC and I have a problem with this misinformation. I didn’t have any problems with them and both were working fine. I didn’t notice this problem on my receipt until after I had gotten home and got ready to put it in my glove compartment. More
