Two hour oil change !!! Took my 2018 Silverado in for second free GM oil change...after one hour and thirty minutes of waiting after my scheduled appointment time, I ask the Took my 2018 Silverado in for second free GM oil change...after one hour and thirty minutes of waiting after my scheduled appointment time, I ask the service writer what was the deal. Said he would check. Came back and said it would be ten minutes. Thirty minutes later, he came and said it was ready and apologized. I think my no profit oil change got pushed to the rear. won’t happen again! More

They lost our keys and water our time Got a flat called this place no answer, so I drove there to see if they could fix my vehicle. I walked into 2 different departments no one acknowledged I was there or greeted me. I walked to one of the associates and just asked me if I had an appointment I said no and told me then you have to go make one and go talk to Nikki. Nikki was having a conversation with one of the coworkers while myself and someone else was waiting to get helped. Waited for 5 mins and left and kept calling the number found online and made an appointment. Show up the next day to get my tire changed currently driving with a spare. I show up with my wife and we wait there for two hours just for them to tell us they don’t have the tire to replace The spare I had on. Instead they just switch places of my spare. The time I waited would have been fine if I was a walk in but an appointment taking 2 hours just to tell me they don’t have the right tires for my vehicle, how long does it take to see if they have compatible tires. My wife and I go back the next day to drop off the vehicle and pick it up later and when we my wife come back to pick her car up they told her they lost her keys. How does that happen? They look for the keys and never found them and wasted wasting even more of our time then yesterday. Overall horrible experience, extremely bad customer service just wish I could have my time back. More

Life saver I was traveling miles from home when my Stabilitrac and power steering warnings came on. I Googled Chevy service near me and was directed to several n I was traveling miles from home when my Stabilitrac and power steering warnings came on. I Googled Chevy service near me and was directed to several near my location. I called Stivers and could not have been treated more courteously. The service manager I spoke with told me she would work me in. Upon arrival the representative was so very gracious and reassuring that they would do what they could to diagnose the problem and get me back on the road. Two hours later I was on the road again. I cannot praise this team enough for the treatment I was given. If I lived in this area they would definitely have my business as a regular customer. Well done Stivers Chevrolet! You have amazing empolyees! More
