Lies regarding credit for my trade in When I purchased my car from Stivers I owned a 2002 Ford Explorer, I signed the title over to your company at the time of signing documents with the i When I purchased my car from Stivers I owned a 2002 Ford Explorer, I signed the title over to your company at the time of signing documents with the impression that once the explorer was picked up from my residence and taken to the dealership to be appraised I would be receiving a check, but instead I am told that a credit had been given off the financed amount of the Kia (which I find hard to believe a credit of $2,000 was ever given especially since no mechanic or other personnel from Stivers evaluated the explorer at the time) Although I am a senior citizen/woman I feel like I have been scammed. More
Service was very poor and inexcusable!! Came in for a battery was held hostage for 3 hours and never got battery!! Inexcusable!!! No one updated me until I had to go and ask after 2 hrs. Was told a few more minutes, after an hour I asked for my car again found that nothing had been done. Disorganized!! Lack communication and Respect for a customer!!!! More
