Disappointing customer service After sitting in the dealership all day we wanted to grab something to eat but as we were walking out the door to eat tony came after us saying if we After sitting in the dealership all day we wanted to grab something to eat but as we were walking out the door to eat tony came after us saying if we walked out the door the deal we had worked out would be cancelled. I dont like threats and thought this was very unprofessional. Not the type of person I would want to do business with. Oscar came to our car and apologized for the behavior and closed out our sale after we went to get dinner. We were also told that the car would be cleaned since it was previously a loaner and that they would fill the gas tank but neither was done before we left the dealership. More

Vacation I was on my way to the mountains of North Carolina and my car started beeping and overheating and I pulled over to a rest stop and called Stivers and I was on my way to the mountains of North Carolina and my car started beeping and overheating and I pulled over to a rest stop and called Stivers and they took me immediately.
