Rickie puts being a good person before he’s a good salesman I wouldn’t have gone to Stivers if it wasn’t for the deal on the car itself. Terrible experience. Let me start by saying That earlier in October I took one of my company’s fleet vehicles to Herndon Chevrolet in Lexington and had a great experience. Let me start by saying That earlier in October I took one of my company’s fleet vehicles to Herndon Chevrolet in Lexington and had a great experience. On Monday 10/28 I attempted to call and schedule an appointment for a second fleet vehicle with Stivers. No one answered the phone either of the times I attempted to call. I decided to just drop it off for service (oil change and recall repair on brake pedal for my Silverado) and pick it up when it was ready. By Wednesday I had not heard anything, so I called to check in. No one answered. I left a detailed voicemail asking for an update. No one called me back. I called again later in the afternoon. Again no one answered. Thursday morning, 10/31, I attempt to call again. No one in the service department answered this time either. A bit on edge, I decided to go over there to see what was going on. The service representative happily tells me that the truck is ready to go. He asks for a signature on the shop order and I notice that the truck has apparently been ready since 8:15am on 10/30. This is madness. I rely on my vehicle to make a profit for my company (and earn a check for myself) and this outfit allows my vehicle to sit on their lot for 24 hours after it’s ready, never calls me, and NEVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONE? Good thing I finally came looking for the truck, otherwise I’d probably still be waiting. Melissa Ernst is the name on my ticket, but I honestly couldn’t tell you who she is and if she helped me at all. I was forced to select names of who did ‘help’ me, and since her name wasn’t available I opted to select everyone else’s. AVOID AVOID AVOID this place. More
