Not satisfied with service recieved. Brought my Silverado in for repairs twice for same problem and in both cases was not fixed. For that matter not even diagnosed. Disappointed I was asked to have my vehicle there at 10:45. I was there at 10:30. I was told 3 or 4 hours. At 2:00 we went to check on the car, we saw that they ha I was asked to have my vehicle there at 10:45. I was there at 10:30. I was told 3 or 4 hours. At 2:00 we went to check on the car, we saw that they had not even started on it yet. When we asked for some clarity, young man said he was not our tech and ours had went home for a family emergency. No one could find our paperwork. when we asked for a service manager, we were told he was at lunch. In known to us the service director was sitting in an office 2 feet from my rant but we were told no one was available to help us. Finally able to get the attention of said director after a sales associate pointed him out to us. Words to describe your service dept. ( sign in area only ).. unprofessional, unreliable, rude. My experience... I was frustrated, disappointed, and annoyed!! My2020 Traverse will never be taken back to your dealership again! More
Fixed it Right Away After having my vehicle serviced I went to pick it up after hours bit before I could leave the parking spot I noticed the air pressure in the passenge After having my vehicle serviced I went to pick it up after hours bit before I could leave the parking spot I noticed the air pressure in the passenger side was way below recommendation. I got out the car and saw a screw in my tire. I left the vehicle there called Stivers the next morning and they made arrangements to fix it as soon as I brought the key back to them. Within an hour the tire was fixed at no charge. I appreciate the prompt service and always friendly staff. My vehicle is running great and I will continue to bring my vehicle to Stivers if I can continue to receive great service. More

Recall Service I scheduled a 9:30AM recall service for my vehicle and never received a call that it was completed. I called at 4:00PM to checked the status and had t I scheduled a 9:30AM recall service for my vehicle and never received a call that it was completed. I called at 4:00PM to checked the status and had to leave a message on the answering machine and never received a call back. My coworker gave me a ride to the dealership and when I arrived at 4:30PM the vehicle was still in the shop being repaired. The recall was for a defect in the seat belt pretension, I am no mechanic but I do not believe it takes a full day to repair a minor problem such as this. The actual service, the mechanics, sales people, and staff are great and I hope this is an isolated service. Besides the above comment, I would recommend this dealership for all your Chevrolet needs. More

Just read the below message. Calvin did a good job with the knowledge of the new car and the buying portion of the sale. The whole car and pricing I was to impressed with. Just saying the cars on the show room floor could have been a little more cleaner and if the dealership knows about a ding in a door please point it out before the customer finds it. On the pricing if you put a price on the internet and it says 50,000 then it should be 50,000 when you get to the dealership not, well that price if if you have these discounts or if you already own a Chevy vehicle. If my wife wouldn’t have like the Tahoe so much we would have left at that point. Just saying! More
