I called Jim Hudson Cadillac and ask to bring my truck in to get serviced and without hesitation Gary told me to bring my truck in. When I get there Gary always is very respectful and helpful to myself or my to get serviced and without hesitation Gary told me to bring my truck in. As I’m waiting to hear back to see what my problem was Rob was on point about letting me know what needed to be done with the truck and when I could expect it back. When I picked my truck up Katie was just like any other employee at Jim Hudson Cadillac very respectful and helpful. If you have a GM vehicle I would highly recommend this team. 10out of 10 always. I was treated like Jim Hudson's wife on my visit to the Service Center on Washington Road. And that was Special. I had a birthday party and told all my friends of my outstanding treatment and service I received when i brought my XT5 in for a noise when the car changed gears. It started with the welcome for the young lady with red hair seated at the service center. She took my information and said the mechanic Mike would take me along to explain the noise and diagnose the problem. While waiting on Mike, the service advisor Mickey Clark, informed me he was arranging a loaner car should I need it. Mike and I barely left the parking lot and he said he pretty well knew what my problem was, but he needed to put it on the rack to verify his diagnosis. My next encounter was with Bill who assured me Mike would determine what the issue was and explained the new renovations the dealership was planning. Four different individuals and all extremely professional and helpful. I purchased my XT5 from Dawn and wanted to say, Hi. Mickey said she should be in at 9:00. Dawn immediately found me and we had a good chat. Dawn, you have lived up to your Service Department accolades and you were exactly right in saying I would receive good treatment at this dealership. I'm extremely happy with everyone I interacted with and the outstanding service I received. I'm sending all my girlfriends to Jim Hudson when in search of a car and am telling them to ask for Dawn.
