My Services With Jim Hudson Cadillac My 2015 Cadillac was due for oil change and tire rotation and balance. I bought my tires from dealership so they rotate my tires free of charge. As soon as I drove in I was assisted by the service staff and assigned to service advisor Frank Flynn. Frank has been my advisor before and he has always been polite and took the time to explain the detailed bill to me. I waited in the upscale waiting area, helped myself to a soda and cookies that is provided for the people who are waiting. The room is always clean and pleasant environment for waiting. The restrooms are always clean as well and right behind the waiting area. This is a first class dealership with first class staff members! I enjoy going when my car needs servicing. I also dealt with Mr. Gamble in Sales because I misplaced my small purse that had my debit card, driver's license, and $223.00 cash in it. Mr. Gamble found it and looked me up and called me, because I had already left the dealership before I missed it. He introduced himself to me and told me he had something that belonged to me! I was overjoyed and kept thanking God for this honest gentleman. He was going to meet me halfway and give it to me that evening around 6:30. I was almost home at Lake Wateree on Camden side of Camden. I told him I would pick it up the next morning or mid evening. I could not thank him enough because I was thinking it was lost forever. He deserves some kind of recognition for his honesty and going out of his way to contact me to let me know that it was safe with him until I picked it up!!! I was so grateful! Check engine light Took our 2009 SRX in for service because the check engine light was on. Our service advisor, Tyrone, checked it out, and it was only a loose gas cap! Cadillac owner After purchasing the vehicle, I was informed that service would be provided by picking up the vehicle and providing a loaner. Being a busy dr. this wa After purchasing the vehicle, I was informed that service would be provided by picking up the vehicle and providing a loaner. Being a busy dr. this was amazing to me. However, being a busy dr. I found it hard to try to get in touch with someone online, or after hours to make this request. The online request does not allow a pick up option, with loaner provided. I even tried a previous service email address that I had with no success. I finally found the service manager’s email address and he responded. I am always happy with the service that I get with Jim Hudson Cadillac, but wish there was an easier way to make my service request by texting or online through my Cadillac app. Thank you Mr. Nick Johnson for quickly responding and taking care of my vehicle.
