Arriving at pricing that worked for me and for the dealership was also a straightforward process, which was very much appreciated. My present lease was due to be up in May of 2020 and I was just looking at what was available. I told Tom Mackay to convince me that I needed a new car, I was in no hurry. Well, guess what happened next??!! My salesman, Tom Mackay, was excellent. He was very professional and respectful. He was attentive to my needs and desires as to what I wanted in a new auto. Tom took me around to all vehicles on the lot with features on my preference list to make sure I saw everyvehicle that fit my list. In the end, I finally settled on the XT5 on the showroom floor. He asked me about my military service to ascertain my qualification for the military discount, thank you for that respect and honor. He showed me how the features worked and made sure I knew if I had any questions and concerns, to contact him, that was positive. The whole purchase was painless. This is my 3rd vehicle from Jim Hudson and I will continue that trend as long as I feel satisfied. Thank you Debra Wood More

Each time I called to check the rebates for the month, he was more than patient. Knew the features of the car very well and took the time to show me since I am not technology fluent. Explain all the features. When it came time for a sales manager to intervene, he was as courteous as the salesman. The facility presents the character of its company as well as the sales people. I have been in sales myself for over 44 years and professionalism seems to go by the wayside in today's world. Not only the appearance of the facility but the appearance of its people shows the pride in the company. He explained the services that are provided after the sale, which to me are so beneficial in today's hurry world. I am more than pleased with my experience so far and I hope it continues when I do need the services after the sale. That is what keeps you in business, REFERRALS. A satisfied customer is priceless and a bad one gets more attention than the good one. I would definitely recommend Jim Hudson GMC-BUICK and Matt Hickey salesman. More
