Pleasant experience as always I had the car serviced and scheduled maintenance done. The work went pretty quick. My only disappointments were that the car was not vacuumed or the I had the car serviced and scheduled maintenance done. The work went pretty quick. My only disappointments were that the car was not vacuumed or the plastic covers removed. It was raining off and on so I didn't anticipate the complimentary wash but was hoping for the vacuuming. There also was not a sticker placed on the windshield to help me monitor when the car should go back for the next service appointment. Neither were big things....just special things that over the years I have become use to. Overall good experience! More

The only thing was that a day after I purchased the vehicle the AC compressor went out. I notice that it was just blowing out hot air. The dealership did offer to pay half the cost to get it replaced. So since I was already pressed for time..I agreed to get it fixed, since i was suppose to be on the highway and that wouodve derailed my entire plans. But other then that, it was a great experience. More
