Professional and Informative Went into Jim Hudson GMC to do recall on Onstar equipment. While there my husband and I walked around and looked at vehicles on the lot. On the way to the lot we stopped by our previous Yukon salesman Randy Alexander's desk to say hello. He walked with us and provided requested info about each vehicle we were interested in. He pulled keys and we took a several test drives. Once we narrowed the choice down to two vehicles he took us back to his office to discuss sales details. He patiently took us through several scenarios until we found something to meet our needs. Mr. Willie Goins worked with us to get the payment details finalized. All personnel that we dealt with were helpful and knowledgeable. Yes I will go to JHG when I get ready for another vehicle. More
