Before my maintenance call issue, you have a basic problem with your website survey structure. Issues of service should never ever be combined with sales or management. All of them are independent entities as a revenue source for the dealership. Please review the clutter in the survey and fix these issues as nobody has cared for all these years including the visitors and the dealership. Has any one in your organization or any of the auditors or the web designers who are paid by you have ever even cared to see the product they are providing to you in the website survey is a useful product? I will contact you some time around 1:30 pm in the afternoon tomorrow if it convenient. Regards
