The 5. 25 charge for wiper fluid caught my eye. You would have thought that the 50 cents of wiper fluid that it took to fill the reserve would have of been 25 charge for wiper fluid caught my eye. You would have thought that the 50 cents of wiper fluid that it took to fill the reserve would have of been a part of the 27.03 that you charged for shop supplies. The other item is that your system failed to give credit for the 30.00 coupon in the initial billing and a separate 30.00 credit had to be made per the credit card. Had I not noticed this while I was at the dealership, it is safe to say I would have been out of luck per this coupon. Invoice #accs849360 More
