On November 17th, we placed an order to change oils of brake and transmission of my Acura TLX 2015. The jobs were completed as expected, which was good for us. But when I picked up the car, I was waited brake and transmission of my Acura TLX 2015. The jobs were completed as expected, which was good for us. But when I picked up the car, I was waited for about 10 min outside the the service advisor's office; the weather was cold unfortunately. Some mechanic of your company had been talking to the advisor even though the mechanic saw I was waiting outside the office but he ignored me. The advisor should have talked to me first as I am a customer. She should have talked to the mechanic later if not emergency. Every customer should be treated as soon as service advisor is available. More

I broke down on the interstate near the dealership, Colby in service helped me on the phone decide if it was drive able to the dealership. As a woman alone in the car, out of town, and with a puppy, this gre in service helped me on the phone decide if it was drive able to the dealership. Since I did not have a ride home I had to wait for the oil change and tire rotation which took only 45 minutes. Melissa offered to have someone pick up the car several days later at my house, drop off a l oil change and tire rotation which took only 45 minutes. Melissa offered to have someone pick up the car several days later at my house, drop off a loaner and have it washed and the sealant applied. Now that is service. More
