Very nice people, we took our 2010 Cadillac in to take care of recalls. The check engine light was on and a couple of other things replaced the total charge was over $1300.00, two weeks later the check en care of recalls. Worst dealership in Texas. Highly encourage everyone to read the sales agreement as this dealership likes to add in sneaky options to inflate the price. We drove over 500 miles to pick up a car, but decided to back out once the dealership decided to charge a 5% convenience fee for using a card. Those not in the financial sector should know that a 5% fee is well over what they are getting charged to process card payments. For us, the 5% was a steep hit considering what we were getting for our trade in, but the dealership would recoup its costs when the vehicle sold. As the signs led up to red flags at this dealership, we didn't completely waste a trip, we were able to find a better vehicle at a better price and no extra charge for using a card as payment in Austin.
