Totally Dishonest Service Department I had taken my 2017 Chrysler to Jim Glover for oil changes and had no trouble. On June 18, 2018, I took the vehicle in because of a mysterious overhea I had taken my 2017 Chrysler to Jim Glover for oil changes and had no trouble. On June 18, 2018, I took the vehicle in because of a mysterious overheating issue. I was informed by the service rep. Kyle that the car had a broken motor mount, water pump and radiator. He gave me an estimate of over $1600.00. He asked if I had run over something in the road. I was not aware of any impact. I took the vehicle to another shop for a second opinion and was told of more extensive damage. My wife then informed me of a situation in which she ran into a ditch and at an intersection and the bottom of the car bounced off of the pavement. I called Jim Glove back and spoke to Kyle who told me that they would reevaluate the vehicle. I opened a claim with my insurance company. When I arrived at Jim Glover with my vehicle two days later, Kyle was no longer at the dealership and I got a rep named Trevor. Trevor was very dismissive and seemed less than concerned about my problems and told me that Jim Glover does not save estimates that they give the customer and that it would be a weak before anyone looked at the vehicle. I explained the situation and told him that I wanted to know what was going on with the vehicle before the insurance company looked at it. Well, I did not get a full estimate or evaluation and, according to the insurance company, Trevor told them about troubles with my car that were inaccurate and untrue. He told them that my car multiple problems for a long time and that there was no sign of damage. The insurance took his information and denied my claim explaining that much of their decision was due to the information gained from Jim Glover. I made multiple attempts to speak to someone Jim Glover and the service manager T.J. was defensive and denied that Trevor ever spoke to the insurance company. When I finally had to tow my vehicle back to my home, T.J. could not even find my vehicle on the lot. When he finally did find it, he would not pull it out for the tow truck because he did not want to be responsible for any thing wrong with it. Over all, this is the most dishonest, arrogant and hypocritical dealer in Tulsa. By the way, Kyle had tried to connect me with Mario the sales manager to purchase a new vehicle and replace the one I had. If I could rate them a -10, I would. Don't believe any of the commercials that you see. I did leave a message for the G.M. but I never received a callback or acknowledgement from him. More

Blown Engine I called Jim Glover on a Saturday morning letting them know my Jeep was being towed to them. Trevor was my Service Manager. We hoped for a quick fix a I called Jim Glover on a Saturday morning letting them know my Jeep was being towed to them. Trevor was my Service Manager. We hoped for a quick fix as we planned to go boating and the Jeep is our tow vehicle. Trevor said he would give it his best shot to get us rolling. Impatient I called back around noon and an advisor told me it would be middle of the week, I was like let me talk to this Trevor guy. Well I got ahold of him and he not only did what he said but had a diagnosis for me, Dropped a couple cylinders among a few other things. I told Trevor i’d Built my first engine at 14 plus many more so no need to be anything but blunt as I understand terms. He articulates extremely well at a very technical level. I chose to put a set of heads on it gambling the piston was fine, procured them and he even had them picked up as I was out of town. Every step of the way he communicated exactly what is going on and managed me very well when asking your mechanics to do some things not commonly requested, it truly was his goal to get us to resolution. I manage service managers, techs and mechanics with a staff of 40, Trevor is a Gold Star Employee and represents Jim Glover at the highest level. Culture is a hard category to create in the work place, looks like to me Gold Service is the culture in the shop at Jim Glover and I bet it does not stop there.
