In all fairness the executive management including Mrs Glover and service manager TJ gave the perception of remorse. the rest of the employees except Brooklyn (felt sorry for her she was caught in the middle) lacked people skill and technical expertise. if you have another choice for service give that a try. Still waiting for Service Dept Schedule appointment for Tuesday August 27, 2019. Dropped truck off Monday evening August 26, 2019. Dealership has not contacted us regarding the status of repairs. Called afternoon of August 29, 2019 @ 1:54 pm and was told the service department would call back. Received call back at 2:14 pm. Craig said he'd find out status and call back. Stopped by @ 3:38 pm since no one called back. Was informed by Craig still didn't know status because he'd been busy. He said as soon as he got caught up which would be 10-15 minutes he'd check with the tech and give me a call. Was unable to confirm that truck had even been looked at. Still waiting on the call and its 5:23 pm. Rodney walked by several times and said he's got it pointing at Craig. Furthermore, I asked Craig..." If I schedule an appointment shouldn't I expect it to be looked at on that day." His response was the tech was busy and he didn't have an answer. More
