Had an appointment to drop my truck off. I was told the appointment date was the day they would look at the truck, makes sense. No loaners or anything, so my family consisting of a newborn and toddler with plenty of dr appointments and working is stuck with 1 vehicle, their response oh well. The sweetie manager, TJ, has by far the worst customer service ever, no care for anything and incompetent. There's a reason he's not a salesman, he couldn't sell water to a fish. Brooklyn was my service representative and she was by far the most pleasant person I've ever dealt with there. When my truck is finally finished and I pick it up my air filter was sitting in my back seat and my radiator cover was in the bed of my truck, the insulated battery cover was missing, and the auto stop feature is not working now.
