I was backed into by a employee. Bent bumper and plastic above bumper. Was told they would notify service manager to talk to me. After 1 hour or so they finished up with tint job still no manager. Told them I wasn't leaving until I got to talk to someone. A young lady working went right upstairs and got manager. He came over with this xxxx eating grin and said I hear we have a little problem. It was a little problem until he tried to blow me off. You guys did fix the truck. Just be glad he did not back into me when I was getting out of truck. We have bought 3 vehicles from Glover and have all are vehicles serviced there. I probably won't by another vehicle there. Will continue to service vehicles with Glover for now. If customer service gets better I my stay with you guys not sure. More

My salesman was awesome. The service tech was amazing. The only complaint I have is the detail department takes forever to finish the job I was there longer than I should've been. Everyone was friendly. Way to much paperwork which could be completed on pad or desk top. Little pushy regarding extended warranty but no big deal.
