It was an overall good experience. However, the typical “salesmen hovering at the front door like vultures” felt intimidating. My salesman JD was patient and nice to work with. I would only suggest that to make the buying process better, make it a relaxed, cozy environment… maybe a coffee/tea bar, cookies, cozy chairs to wait in… after all, buying a car is an all day process on the fastest sell no matter if they do say “in and out in an hour” that NEVER happens. And common business decency… I did get the car I bought washed and the tank filled, but only because I ASKED for it. That should have been a given simply for my purchase at their dealership. Overall, since I don’t frequent car dealerships often, I would give this one 4 out of 5. More

My new Jeep Renegade 4x4 gave a front crash sensor flag (under 3k miles). Made an appointment and they had my vehicle over a week. I was frustrated. But Ashley kept in contact and let me know why it was ta (under 3k miles). Made an appointment and they had my vehicle over a week. I was frustrated. But Ashley kept in contact and let me know why it was taking so long. It was fixed with no charge. But to calibrate the sensor they put 100 miles on jeep. No refund of gas. I would give higher rating except for that, and the car sat for more than 3 days before being checked by technician. The purchasing was amazing above 5 star. Service after sale needs improvements.
