Had a transmission problem right from the start. Took the van back for repair. The van sat at the dealership for 2 months waiting for them to do something about it. We finally ran into Jared on the showroom floor and told him our problem. He got back with us and offered to install a used transmission. Now that transmission has gone out! When the sales and service staff found out we had been in contact with Jared Glover, they were upset with us and extremely rude. Won't be doing business with the Glovers again. More

I started out liking the location of the dealership. However the service has been horrible. I have called to schedule service appointments and always get told a “service Rep” will call me back. I was also told my recall part was ordered over a month ago. I checked on it two weeks ago and was told it was just ordered. It would be two weeks to come in. After a call today I was simply told it was not in yet and there was no expected time for it to come in. Of course the young lady I was talking too was just relaying messages. I asked to talk to a service rep and was told none were available. I will NOT be using this dealership again. Simple things in customer service go a long way. Return a call when you say you will. Make time or call back with an explanation. Make the customer understand the situation. Or don’t….. and keep losing business. More
