I wish I can rate 0 stars They had my car for a diagnostic for more than two weeks. The diagnostic they gave me wasn’t any different than what I told them was the issue. Their recommendation is “bu diagnostic for more than two weeks. The diagnostic they gave me wasn’t any different than what I told them was the issue. Their recommendation is “buy everything new and let’s see if that fixes the problem”. They lied to us about timings, they said it’ll take around 2 days, it ended up being more than 2 weeks. They said they were working on it, when they just had my car sitting there! The van was given back to us with more failures than when we drop it, and they were not responsable at all. They say it was not their fault (bad luck were their exact words). We spend around 3 hours fixing what was messed up while they had it (it was an electrical issue). After more than two very frustrating weeks without our car; personal hours of research to fix the electrical issue that they provoked and didn’t take responsibility; we ended up paying $180. We talked to the manager of service, whom had no empathy at all about our situation. If you can avoid the dealership, please do! You can save money and days of frustration! More
If you want to cancel GAP and extended warranty they make it so difficult to get your money back. I live an hour and a half away, went to dealership, and front desk lady said I had to do it online. Then I call someone in finance and they say print a form off and take to dealership which means another wasted trip. Very frustrated! At another dealership I saw the finance person and he put it in motion for me. Had a check in ten days! This is bad business! More

The Service Department is EXCELLENT! I have never had a problem in dealing with the Glover service department. I recently had an issue and called my service rep, Brooklyn. She did some research, and promptly called back with a solution and scheduled my Wrangler in to be repaired within 24 hours! When she reviewed my service report with me recently, she informed me that I would need new tires soon and proceeded to let me know when the tire sale would begin-(buy 3, get 1 free). Who doesn't appreciate someone looking out for them, their $, and keeping their vehicle on the road problem free? Establishing positive relationships creates a sense of trust and security that will keep customers coming back. More
