I have owned mainly Mopar's my whole life, so I was glad when Glover in Owasso opened up as it was close to home. That being said, their service department is terrible! I have had 2 visits there. The first time, I brought my SRT in because sometimes while backing it decides to lock up the brakes on its own and shows BRAKE!!! on the display in huge red letters. Scares the crap out of me. I was told by Brooklyn that they couldn't fix it and I'd just have to live with it. They only looked at it for 4 hours. The second visit wasn't any better. I waited 2 weeks for an appointment, and brought the Jeep in. I received the second message today from Craig saying that there was still a few ahead of me to get it looked at. The same message as last week. I picked it up out of frustration because if it takes 2 weeks for someone to just look at it how long would it take to actually fix it? Guess I'm going back to Nikel. More

Recently, I purchased a 2022 Jeep Wrangler and will be my last purchase from Jim Glover!! I had questions about my purchase agreement and reached out to my salesman, Casey Mathers (2 voicemails/email) and h last purchase from Jim Glover!! It is becoming apparent this dealership does not care about their customers especially when all of the paperwork has already been signed and they have received funds from the lender. I bought a used veh about their customers especially when all of the paperwork has already been signed and they have received funds from the lender. I bought a used vehicle from this dealership and was told that their used vehicles go through a thorough inspection before they are put on the lot. When I showed up at the lot to test drive the vehicle I ultimately purchased the battery was dead. They actually had to jump it to even get the doors unlocked that is how dead the battery was. The sales person commented "oh this happens all the time because someone leaves a light or something on". I thought okay cause I thought I was dealing with a trust worthy dealership. I drove the vehicle home (maybe 4 miles from the dealer) and within days the battery was dead again so I had it hooked up to a battery diagnostic tester and the battery had "ZERO" life left. Well if the vehicle had gone through a thorough inspection like I was told they would have known that the battery was old and had zero life/crank amps left. So guess what, I was immediately out $235 for a new battery. I requested a copy of the inspection report on 9-9 and even went to the dealership in person on 9-15 again requesting a copy of the inspection report. When I explained to the sales rep on 9-15 (while I was personally at the dealer) what happened and why I wanted a copy of the report, his response to the battery being dead was, "Well I bet it was from the UV from sitting in the lot. "Seriously"!!! It is now 9-16 and I still do not have a copy of the inspection report and this dealership is obviously not interested in making a wrong, right. I will not be going back to the dealership for any further business. I highly recommend if you are buying a used car from this dealer that you request a copy of the "detailed" inspection report and the report showing what they did to the vehicle before they put it on the lot!!! More
