No Service Performed Needed warranty work done. Made an appointment but Jim Glover dodge couldn’t get me in for three weeks. Three weeks later I take the truck in for th Needed warranty work done. Made an appointment but Jim Glover dodge couldn’t get me in for three weeks. Three weeks later I take the truck in for the warranty work. I left it there for an entire week. At the end of the week I called and no work had been done on the truck. I picked it up and made an appointment at another dealer. I left a review and the service manager, TJ, replied to my review and said he wanted to speak with me. He left his number and I called and left and message. No surprise here, TJ never called. DO NOT take your cars to this place for any service work More

Very Disappointing new car experience This was the worst new car buying experience we have ever had.We found two trucks online so we knew what we wanted when we got there.One was being dri This was the worst new car buying experience we have ever had.We found two trucks online so we knew what we wanted when we got there.One was being driven by an employee and was very dirty.That was understandable. we decided that was our favorite so we made an appointment for 3 days later so they could detail it and we could test drive.We arrived on time but again the truck was not clean so it was hard to see what we were purchasing.We looked it over and noticed two distinct things we wanted fixed before we would purchase. One two inch scratch that was not bad but was down to the metal so we asked that it be touched up so it would not rust. The other was to clean the driver side visor where dirty hands had been touching it.We were buying a used vehicle but it was less than a year old, had only 20,000 miles on it and we were paying 50,000.00. I didn’t think we were asking too much. Sales experience was terrible as well but I won’t go into that. We eventuality agreed on a price and again made an appointment to come back a third time 3 days later to pick it up and expected it to be detailed. We got there on Saturday and the truck was still not detailed and the visor was not cleaned. the final straw was when they handed us one key fob. I expressed my disappointment in the entire process and was told by a GM if we would give them a 5 star rating we could bring the truck back at our convenience and they would detail it and steam clean the visor and give us some diesel for our trip. He would also try to get us another key. We left very disappointed but decided to give them another chance. When my husband called the GM on the following Wednesday he never called back and has not to this day. Kevin the salesman did let us know we would not be getting another key and he was sorry. All they cared about from start to finish was us giving them a 5 star rating. Businesses earn that and they fell very short! We love the truck but we will never go back or recommend JIm Glover Dodge. More
