Great deal, great salesperson My son wanted a jeep Wrangler. He searched for weeks. Then he saw this amazing deal in Owasso, Oklahoma. It's a 3 1/2 drive from our home in Kansas. The sales team knew when we were coming, and kept us posted that the Jeep was still available! We were greeted when got there. Our contact Tyler was with another customer, but his manager, Scott, made our buying experience seamless. He was nice, professional and fun to be with! The finance person, (can't remember his name) was also great. He was veru knowledgeable, explained our options thoroughly. Just 3 hours after arriving, we drove away in an awesome Wrangler. Stopped at Whataburger on the way out of town. Great end to a great day! Thanks everyone! More

Would not honor disabled veteran discount as promised Planning a four-hour drive back and forth to the dealership, this would be an all-day event so wanted a tentative agreement in price before leaving. Planning a four-hour drive back and forth to the dealership, this would be an all-day event so wanted a tentative agreement in price before leaving. I wanted the military discount (I'm an 80% disabled vet) and doc fee dropped; salesperson agreed to both. Travel to the dealer, test drive, we have an 800+ credit score, all good, sit for paperwork. We discover the price of the vehicle magically jumped up an additional $250 literally during our drive to the dealership, and the Doc fee was not removed as promised. There were no other factory incentives, no other discounts, nada, zilch, yet the sales manager would not budge. We dropped the request to only the military discount, give us back the extra $250 on the ridiculous price jump that occurred on our drive to the dealership which sliced the only small discount we were offered in half. Nope, nada, zilch! The dealership basically refused to budge a dollar, disabled veteran or not. To be fair, the dealership is free to charge what they want and it is a high demand vehicle that demands top dollar, but its completely unfair if not unethical to deny promised discounts, especially when a four drive was based on the promise, and to raise prices on a vehicle AFTER a tentative deal had been reached and the customer is in transit to the dealership. Sales guy was very nice, even apologetic. Felt bad for the salesperson, he worked all afternoon on this deal only to have it sunk by the sales tower. We never saw the sales manager who wouldn't take three minutes of time to come to the table and help close a $50,000 sale, and all this over a measly remaining $250 on a promised military discount for a disabled veteran. More
