bad service department I took my dads 2008 dodge grand caravan there a few weeks after he died to get a recall done , when i went to pick it up pieces on the dash trim were I took my dads 2008 dodge grand caravan there a few weeks after he died to get a recall done , when i went to pick it up pieces on the dash trim were broken and they refused to replace them , citing they couldnt verify they were broken there ... this after a week and a half trying to get ahold of them ... BROOKLY is a liar .. and i personally will not take another vehicle there ever nor recommend a person to go there More

Not responsive I made an appointment to have my truck looked at 2 days ago at 8 AM. Dropped the truck off the night before so they would have it. Three calls to se I made an appointment to have my truck looked at 2 days ago at 8 AM. Dropped the truck off the night before so they would have it. Three calls to service adviser so far and they still have not looked at it. The point behind making the appointment was so that I could get on the schedule. If they did not have time they should have told me so I could have called another dealership. Bad business practice to not be truthful with customers. I base my schedule on what they tell me. If they had looked at it and had to order parts I would understand that but, they haven't even looked at it. Very disappointing. If my truck ran I would go pick it up. Unfortunately, I think it is a computer problem and only trust a certified dealer to fix. More

Worst vehicle experience ever!!! No matter what the situation, personal finances should NEVER be discussed in an open “waiting” room! Eric sat down right in front of us and at least 3 No matter what the situation, personal finances should NEVER be discussed in an open “waiting” room! Eric sat down right in front of us and at least 3 other people “waiting” and proceeded to tell us exactly what the bank was requesting we put down and discussing our finances right out in the open. What happened to discussing financial matters in an office? My husband started looking around the room like are you seriously discussing this with us right here? I asked Eric if it was appropriate to be discussing finances right here? His response...”probably not”. At that point we got up to leave! Absolutely will NEVER deal with Glover again. We DID take our other vehicle to Glover in Sand Springs, which is about 90 miles one way for us, for service but thanks to this unprofessional fella that will absolutely never happen again! Thanks for saving us the drive! Amazing how one unprofessional person (nicest word I could muster) can ruin what we thought was a reputable family dealership! More
