Even after I had my truck for a few weeks, there was a latch recall on the tailgate and I couldn't get to the dealership. So Scott and a service shop employee came to my house before work and fixed it. Would recommend this dealership for your next vehicle. More

Great service! I had a couple of issues with my work van. One issue was covered under a warranty the other issue was not, but I told them to fix it anyways. They kept me in the loop the entire time of repair and turned out that both issues were covered under the warranty. Great service and very professional!! Worst Service Department I purchased my car from a Jim Glover dealership and was under the impression that my first oil change would be free, as my other new cars were. This w I purchased my car from a Jim Glover dealership and was under the impression that my first oil change would be free, as my other new cars were. This was not the case. Additionally whenever I have had an oil change I would receive the following; - A reminder sticker on the windshield - The oil life indicator reset to 100% - Car vacuumed and washed NONE of these happened. I will take it to Classic Chevy from now on where I have for years been treated to first class service. Your commercials are misleading as you don’t practice what you advertise. More

Since driving off the I purchased a car from Jim Glover in Owasso at the end of March, and honestly, it was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. Since driving off the lot, I’ve had nothing but a headache. All of the tires were replaced before I drove off the lot, and not even 6 months later, I’ve already had it so that a tire had to be replaced, the battery completely died/leaving me stranded, and the same tire that was replaced now has the same defect in it and needs to be replaced. Both tires have developed a bubble in them which are unrepairable, leaving me shelling out more money to have it replaced. When I brought the first one in to be replaced, someone in the service department cracked the hub cap and tried to convince me it was like that when it came in, and I just ultimately feel like I’ve been screwed. This is not my first car purchase, but it’s been the worst thus far. I get that used cars don’t make you as much as new cars do, but that doesn’t mean the customer is less valuable. You still make more money than you should for the service that’s provided. Would i recommend people coming here and buying a car? Negative. The sales guy that helped me was nice, but that’s about as far as that goes. More

The majority of the remaining experience went as expected...nothing more or less than expected. 2 things happened that I had never encountered before. We were asked to sign a form that had been pre-marked with 5-star answers rather than us providing the rating. Second, the dealership did not fill the car up with gas because we were buying a used car. Seriously, a 3-year old car for $7500 and they cannot fill the tank with $30 of gas? More
