Quick service with Jim Glover Owasso I had a steeribg problem that occured during rush hour traffic, i took my Jeep to Jim Glover and although they said they had high volune of repairs, p I had a steeribg problem that occured during rush hour traffic, i took my Jeep to Jim Glover and although they said they had high volune of repairs, processed my jeep. Next day they called and had diagnosis. They procceeded to repair it and did so very fast. They also made sure to point out a an issue that could have resulted in a real problem down the road. More

I have taken my service van into them twice now for repairs the first time I had taken it to another dealersh The service department is a great group. I have taken my service van into them twice now for repairs the first time I had taken it to another dealership who never fixed the issues and with no explanation so I brought it to Jim Glover Dodge and they were able to track down the issue and correctly fixed the issue and Trevor was great on keeping me informed through the process.
