I looked at 3 other dealerships, and ultimately came back to Jim Glover because the Jeep I have now was the most affordable, had the least amount of miles, was the newest model out of all the other vehicles I looked at, and gave me the best payment plan at a low interest rate. AJ (sales rep) was wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle to ask for AJ. He made things right and apologized for the treatment we received. We ended up purchasing the vehicle we had initially looked at and they delivered it the next day! At the end of the day there is still someone in sales who I believe needs some further customer service training but Adam and Janelle went out of their way to make sure we had a positive experience! I’ve tried to purchase a 2019 longhorn Ram 3 times in the last few months. The complaints range from couldn’t find a salesperson, waited over 30 minutes for a salesperson, and handed off to other salesperson because they were busy and his son needed a sale. To get a win win buy a vehicle from another dealer and use Jim Glover for service. More
