Thompson Traverse take in and purchase First let me say that I called at least 10 Chevy dealerships. None were as attentive as the sales person I talked to at Glover. Your Owasso facility First let me say that I called at least 10 Chevy dealerships. None were as attentive as the sales person I talked to at Glover. Your Owasso facility is further than any of the others I would have gone to except for the fact that AJ went out of his way to ensure I had exactly what I expected when I got there. He took pictures inside and out of several vehicles, understood exactly what I was expecting before I came in. I do NOT believe in the “come on in and we’ll talk” snake oil salesman. he also was aware of the vehicle I was trading in. Both were Traverse models- love the car but needed newer with quad seats. He did NOT try to sell me anything I did not want. That is the authenticity all of your sales folks should have. He and his Supervisor Eric made me a return customer. I am a skeptical critic but also kind. If I had seen one ounce of dishonesty or schmooze versus genuine approach to getting me the vehicle I wanted, I would have been out the door when I did drive over. THIS my friends is how every deal should be handled. Well done AJ and Eric...well done. More
