I had a wonderful experience at Jim Glover DCJRF. I had found the automobile I wanted, contacted them, only to find out said automobile had been sold mere hours before my call. I was heartbroken and prepar found the automobile I wanted, contacted them, only to find out said automobile had been sold mere hours before my call. I was heartbroken and prepared to continue my search for the same car, different dealer. I was so upset that I had missed it. Then Tyler, my sales assistant, wanted to continue to help. He asked about my criteria and proceeded to send me many other options. He stayed in contact with me nearly ALL DAY via text messages. Through his hard work, I went from heartbroken to excited, as he found another car with everything I wanted, at the price I wanted to pay. I drove down the next day and became a Jim Glover first time client. The process was efficient and fast once the decision was made. Before that, it was without pressure. From start to finish, I was very happy with the process. I would have given it 5 stars, but it put 4 hard inquiries on my credit report. More

Amazing experience This experience made buying a car super easy. The staff is extremely helpful and they responded promptly with any questions I had. Using the fast pass This experience made buying a car super easy. The staff is extremely helpful and they responded promptly with any questions I had. Using the fast pass took most of the work out of my hands, as a matter of fact I was able to purchase my car during a busy 12 hour work shift. It was amazing that they were able to deliver my new car to my driveway, it was waiting on me when I got off of work the next day!! Best car buying experience ever!!! More
