No pressure super easy going. This by far was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Billy and the finance team worked incredibly hard after finding out about a random security freeze that I didn't know about. Then after resolving my issues for me, the actual signing process only took like 15 minutes thanks to a completely digital signing table thing. It was amazing. On top of all this, they made sure we had unlimited gourmet coffee and cappuccino, TV, Charging stations, and literally opened the door for us every time we went outside. Anyway go decide for yourself. Ask for Billy and tell him Otto Wolf sent you. More

My story with this Jim Glover location is long and very frustrating. However my most recent encounter with the service department is what I’ll refer to. I went in for an oil change, something simple. I had frustrating. However my most recent encounter with the service department is what I’ll refer to. I went in for an oil change, something simple. I had to stand there for 5-10 minutes before someone greeted me. There was 1 guy on the phone with a customer, another guy typing away on his computer who didn’t even acknowledge me standing there waiting to be helped, the service manager (who I’ve dealt with before) saw me and smiled then went back into his office without helping me. When the guy on the phone finally finished up his conversation he finally helped me out. He was very nice but I thought it was very rude how several associates passed by me and didn’t even offer to help or even at least tell me it would be a few minutes till someone could help me. This is not the first issue I’ve had with this location and it’s customer service. It may not seem like much but it means a lot to me for associates for be attentive and understanding with their customers. It took them at least 3 hours to get my oil changed as well. I’m giving TJ 2 stars because of a combination of the past experiences I’ve had with him and the experience I wrote about today. Rodney got 4 stars because even though he was busy he still helped me with a smile on his face and didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience. More
