I was very disappointed in the service on my Journey! Besides the fact that it 6 weeks to fix. When I picked it up the passenger seat was very dirty where stuff had been set in the seat. Grease marks around the hood. Craig was good about keeping me informed though. But overall very disappointed! More

New Truck Purchase Fiasco Had a confirmed appt on 11/29 at 2:00 with John B for a Ram 1500 Longhorn Laramie. Came in at 1:45 after driving for 2 + hours to get here only to b Had a confirmed appt on 11/29 at 2:00 with John B for a Ram 1500 Longhorn Laramie. Came in at 1:45 after driving for 2 + hours to get here only to be told he was to busy to meet with us. Another guy (Internet Sales Mgr.) stepped in and tried to take over, no idea what vehicle we wanted to see, or any of the other details that transpired in the week long conversations with John. Couldn't find the truck, took us to an offsite lot, gate wouldn't open, still couldn't find the truck offsite when we finally got in, had to stop and get gas in transport vehicle so we could get back to dealership. Once back, we drove around the lot and the truck was found by us. Took us to truck only to learn that it didn't run and we would not be able to test drive it. To add insult to injury couldn't get the TV advertised for taking a test drive, but honestly, TV aside, we really came prepared to purchase a truck. More
