I am writing concerning my recent experience at Jim Glover Chevrolet in Tulsa. I made an appointment to have the oil changed and the tires rotated on my 2015 Chevy Silverado. While waiting for the servicing to be completed a service advisor approached me with an engine air filter and a cabin air filter that obviously needed to be changed..He wanted to know if I would like them to accomplish this replacement and I explained that I normally replace them myself because I write the date installed on the side of the filter. He returned the filters to the mechanic working on my vehicle. At least an hour after I told him to put the filters back in because I did not want them to be changed I checked on the status of my vehicle and it was sitting outside completed. No one had told me it was done. I had been sitting at the dealership for nearly three hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at approximately 0950 for a 10am appointment. After leaving the dealership I drove to a local parts store and purchased the filters. When I got home to replace the them I found the air box for the engine filter had not been reassembled properly, only one of the four screws were attached and the glove box, which needs to be removed to access the cabin air filter had only the two easy to access screws reinstalled, the other two were loose. I am assuming that the service department thought they were doing me a favor by replacing the filters, however, I did not want this done. The fact that I was a mechanic my whole life made fixing what they left unsecured easy, but what if I was someones old grandpa and my vehicle was not returned in the same condition as they received it..This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth were Jim Glover Chevrolet is concerned. They had my car for 19 days when it should have been 3-4 days. I was forced to show up in person, where I learned my car had not been touched by anyone for over 8 days. Communication was very poor. Appreciated the service for my 2021 Chevy Traverse. I had to wait on my vehicle because I live a 100 miles from the dealership, and they were very quick in doing the service work. POOR SERVICE. Don’t recommend unless you want long waits, rushed service and poor quality. I Scheduled oil change, rotate tires and look at brakes on 2022 Chevy purchased from Jim Glover. THREE (3) Hours later charged for oil change on a Diesel truck, my truck is gas. They had to call the tech to make sure proper oil was used. Said nothing wrong with brakes. Went to leave tire light was on. Rep stated he saw that but not reported on paperwork. Check tire pressure and tires were rotated but tire pressure was not changed. Now 3 1/2 hours later. Tire pressure fixed. I get a few miles down the road and get a call. The dealership was looking for keys they lost and thought might have left in my truck. Get home check air filter it was never checked. Brakes still squealing. Called multiple time no call back. Got ahold of assistant General Manager on a Friday said he would find out and Call back Monday. Never heard back. Called the number under owner name and finally got a call back from Kristen Glover, she had the Service manager call me back. Got truck back in to replace brakes. Told truck was finished and can pick up after service hours. It would be washed and sitting out front. Keys at the reception desk. Arrived to pick it up. It was not washed, not out front, and no one could find the keys. Over an hour after arriving to pick up my truck. Service manager shows up brings me my keys and said he had no excuse. NOT ACCEPTABLE SERVICE. Never a call back to try and make the issues right. More

I just moved back to Tulsa from Chicago and used to bring my vehicle here for service back when it was Riverside Chevrolet. I got my vehicle serviced for the first time since being back and received stellar my vehicle here for service back when it was Riverside Chevrolet. I am glad that Jim Glover has taken over the dealer and has continued to quality of service you come to expect from this location. My service advisor was really friendly and helpful.
